Where you have provided consent, we may use special category data submitted in grant applications in an anonymous capacity (including personal data revealing your racial and ethnic origin and sexual orientation) for the purpose of monitoring and reporting on compliance with external funding guidelines and requirements and SPUN’s [Inclusive Action Policy].

We will retain the personal information you provide us when applying for and participating in grant s:
- If you are unsuccessful in your application: for a period of 10 years after we have notified you of the outcome of your application, in order to respond to any queries you may have and, in certain cases, to reconsider your application under future grant programs.
- If you are successful in your application: for an indefinite period in order to maintain a record of past recipients of grants.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:
- SPUN employees, officers, and contractors
- Members of the grant evaluation committee
- Funding organizations or partners involved in the grant program
- External reviewers or experts involved in the evaluation process
- Third parties who provide us with technical support, website hosting and other services
