Research Description
My current research involves characterization of ectomyccorhizal fungal communities, diversity as well as description of associated plants in the Kenyan enclave of the Miombo woodlands. The context is to understand effects of habitat fragmentation, environmental conditions and the ultimate need to preserve the symbiotic associations through conservation.
