Research Description
My research explores macrofungal and mycorrhizal diversity in floodplain and ravine forests of the Ural River valley in Kazakhstan. I document biodiversity in understudied ecosystems and investigate how environmental conditions structure fungal communities, contributing to regional conservation and monitoring efforts.
