Research Description
I am fascinated by the diversity of fungi in nature and am driven to understand it. My research program is revealing fundamental reasons we observe the diversity of mycorrhizal fungi across a diversity of ecosystems. I apply fundamental knowledge gained to help tackle important ecological challenges (restoration, conservation, invasive species).
