Research Description
I study arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and forest biodiversity in Philippine coffee plantations, focusing on fungal diversity, morphological and molecular characterization, soil property relationships, and their roles in coffee seedling growth, nutrient uptake, and tolerance to metal-stressed ultramafic soils for sustainable agriculture and restoration.
