Research Description
I work on ectomycorrhizal fungi. Using data from field experiments and surveys and using culture based experiments. I use Sanger sequencing and HTS to establish community composition. I'm interested in learning more about the interactions between difference ectomycorrhizal fungal species, their spatial distribution and host preferences.
