Research Description
My current research focuses on bryophilous fungal taxonomy and the role of bryophyte-associated diazotrophs in boreal nitrogen fixation. Specialized in overlooked microfungal communities, I use molecular and community-based approaches to advance our understanding of bryophyte–fungi interactions, improve fungal conservation, and inform forest management decisions.
