Research Description
How do fungal communities differ between ancient and recently restored species-rich grasslands along a connectivity gradient?
I use soil eDNA metabarcoding and quadrat surveys of above-ground plant-pathogenic fungi and oomycetes to understand how grassland restoration affects fungal communities and their interactions with plants.
