Research Description
My research aims at better understanding the adaptation of environmental microbial communities to extreme environmental conditions and to climate change, as well as plant-microbe interactions, using multi-omics approaches. We therefore study the diversity and functional capacities of microbial communities in situ but also in climate change-mimicking controlled experiments.
