Research Description
I am interested in plant-mycorrhizal interactions in tropical forests, particularly on remote Pacific islands, where fungal ecology remains largely unexplored. As a researcher born and raised on the island of Guam, my previous research has focused on understanding the mycorrhizal diversity of native and threatened orchids on the island.
