Research Description
My research focuses on the taxonomy, ecology, and phylogenetics of macrofungi, with emphasis on documenting fungal diversity in the unexplored regions of Pakistan. I combine morphological and molecular approaches to describe new species and explore their ecological roles, conservation value, and potential applications in sustainability and biotechnology.
