Research Description
I am a microbial ecologist specializing in plant-microbe interactions and soil biogeochemistry. My work uses stable isotope probing, bioinformatics, molecular biology, and soil chemistry to better understand how microbial physiology, traits, and community dynamics influence soil biogeochemical cycles.
