Research Description
My research investigates the functional diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) in coffee plantations across Latin America, analyzing their resilience under diverse edaphoclimatic, altitudinal, and land-use conditions. It involves DNA extraction and diversity mapping to develop microencapsulated bioinoculants that enhance the productive and environmental sustainability of coffee–AMF systems.
